Joyful Hostess Tip: Ok, I couldn’t resist giving you one or two teensy tricks that turns this mocktail into a sophisticated cocktail . Trick #1: Replace the sparkling water with champagne. If you’re serving a large number of people, prep the juice mixture in advance and fill flute glasses 1/2 full then when guests arrive, top with chilled champagne, drop in a raspberry and serve. Trick #2 – add a splash of flavoured vodka (vanilla or raspberry is yummy) to create a sweet treat for the grown ups.
