Shipping
Party Planner Keepsake orders are processed and shipped from Canada. All orders normally take between 1 – 2 business days (Mon-Fri) to process. Please note that we do our best to process your order quickly, however, during holiday season, orders may take a bit longer due to volume.
Estimated Shipping Times:
Locations in Canada typically 4-8 business days. Locations in the U.S. 4-10 business days. International shipping times vary from 5-21 business days.
Note: These timeframes are based on the shipping courier’s estimates and shipping courier is solely responsible for meeting these timeframes. Note: shipping duration could to take longer during holiday or peak season due to courier volume.
Once an item is shipped, we do not have any influence on the package tracking or shipping speed. We are not responsible for any potential delays experienced by the shipping courier so please be patient while they work through high volumes of orders.
Planner Pre-Sale:
Planners listed for pre-sale require more time to be manufactured and processed. You will be charged upon check-out and the item(s) will be shipped as per the shipping policies from the expected in-stock date as listed on the product page.
Refund & Return policy
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to arrange a return and request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
When returning an item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. These shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit for the total dollar amount of your order less the cost of shipping, will be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not possible at this time, however, an exchange may be possible for planners that are defective or damaged. If your planner arrived damaged, please contact us at hello@joyfulhostess.com.
